Radiant Network Policies
 Payment
We do transaction via PayPal but also will accept money orders. Orders paid by money order will be processed after money order is received. Orders paid by PayPal will be processed within 24hrs.
For all kind of GPS and Navigation devices and accessories we use four major warehouses to process our orders, that is why we are able to offer such low prices on all of our items. Occasionally an item may become backordered even though the item listing shows inventory, we will contact you immediately and offer you alternate purchase options or a full refund.
 Fees
Sales tax of 6% will be applied to purchases in the state of Georgia.
 Shipping
We ship using PRIORITY MAIL, UPS Ground, DHL, and FedEx depending on your location and the warehouse that the item is available. Shipping cost depends on weight and distance. We will provide discounts on multiple items. Overnight DHL for any items will cost $14.99 regardless of weight and locations.
 Delivery
All items are processed immediately upon Payment. We ship within 24 hrs.
For all kind of GPS and Navigation devices and accessories we will ship via USPS priority as a preferred method of shipment. All items are insured and we will provide delivery confirmation.
 Refunds & Returns
Defective items will be exchanged within 14 days from delivery.
All items are brand new condition unless it is stated.
If a refund is desired, we will refund your full purchase minus 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges that we have paid. Shipping costs back to us will be the buyer's responsibility. Please contact us with any questions or concerns in advance. Shipping cost we have paid is non-refundable
